We source directly from certified farms across Bangladesh. If any produce or grocery item arrives damaged, substandard, or spoiled, notify us within 12 hours of delivery for an instant replacement or refund.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Orders
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable statutory taxes. We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors before order fulfillment.
3. Delivery Areas & Schedule
We offer standard express delivery across Dhaka and major districts in Bangladesh via verified logistics partners. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM within metropolitan areas.
4. Cancellation & Returns
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch directly from your Customer Dashboard or by contacting customer support. Perishable goods must be inspected at the time of delivery.
